The Justin Bieber’s crew already landed in India on 7th of May and the Canadian singer is expected to arrive today for his concert in Mumbai. Navi Mumbai police have started the security checks ahead of Canadian pop star Justin Bieber’s much-awaited concert at DY Patil Stadium in Nerul, which is going to be held on Wednesday that is tomorrow. The Kiran Patil who is the assistant commissioner of Police of Turbhe division said that “If anyone arouses our suspicion by roaming around the city, he or she will be detained and interrogated. We will conduct thorough searches near the stadium and at other places”.
The crew team is already here in India and the poses happily for the cameras when they came out of the airport, but according to the reports, Justin’s entry in India won’t be that public.
The police of Mumbai have prepared a detailed security plan for the Justin Bieber’s concert and the plan will cover near about 500 personnel and use of drone cameras. Near about 45,000 people are expected to attend his live concert. The plan also includes 25 officers for the security, said by the Hemant Nagrale, Navi Mumbai police commissioner. He also said that the Organisers of the show have hired the private security agencies for the crowd management and ticket checking.
Hemant Nagrale also added that plain-clothes police would keep a check inside the stadium. A police control room will be set up at the venue as well, where feed from CCTV cameras would be monitored. The Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad will check the stadium premises prior to the event and drone cameras would provide the live feed to the police control room.
The organisers of the show would be providing all the parking facilities for near about 15,000 vehicles at the various places. The shutter services would also be provided between the parking space and the stadium. Not only this, the singer who has always praised Indian culture and proclaimed his love towards Indian food. And he will be offered the Indian cuisines representing 29 states.
The very first day the special guest Justin will have a lavish dinner of royal cuisines which will be served by butlers flown in especially from Rajasthan. On the second day of his journey, the pop star will go on a guided tour of Mumbai and is expected the Gateway of India, Kala Ghoda and Manu Bhavan, showcasing a mix of heritage and history. The mega concert on the third day will be followed by a private yacht party with the live karaoke singing.
Also, according to the source, the pop star Justin Bieber will also get the chance to be part of Karan Johar’s talk show, Koffee With Karan. A close source said that “This will be the first time an international celebrity of Bieber’s calibre will be featuring in an Indian chat show format”. Well, let’s wait and see what happens.
