BSNL has brought good news for its broadband users by offering unlimited calling and 10GB data per day, with a validity of 28 days, at the cost of Rs 249 only. The users can avail the offer till 30 June 2017. It seems that BSNL is facing tough competition with other private telecom operators. However, the offer comes with certain limitations like the internet speed will be limited to 2Mbps and unlimited calling can be done without any additional charges on Sundays only between 9 pm and 7 am but it can be beneficial for the working people as they remain too busy during the weekdays and have no time to talk with their dear ones.
If you have any queries regarding how to apply for new BSNL broadband connection then it can be solved by dialing 1800 345 1500, a toll-free number. The telecom company has also shared all details related to broadband plan on its official Twitter handle. You can also visit nearby BSNL customer care service centers to seek guidance from the company executives.
Though Airtel and ACT are providing the high-speed broadband connections at reasonable prices, yet it may prove useful to the people belonging to rural areas or those who are not still connected to the internet. BSNL has also updated its existing offers i.e. Rs 549, Rs 291, Rs 198 and Rs 156 providing a lot of data and in some cases, raised validity, thus you can take advantage of that also.
It also seems that BSNL is trying to attract not only broadband subscribers but also mobile users as recently, the company introduced a scheme, according to which, the customers can get unlimited calling within its network and 2GB data each day for 28 days at the cost of Rs. 339. Like icing on the cake, the user’s account will also be credited with 25 minutes of free call daily to other networks and after that, the call rate will be 25 paise per minute.
BSNL is also trying to expand its telecommunication services in the Indian states with the help of NGN switches. According to recent sources, Manoj Singh, the Minister of State for Communications and Railways inaugurated a new BSNL NGN(Next Generation Network) Telephone Exchange in Guwahati. It will provide many value added services such as fixed line prepaid services, mobile/ fixed convergence, closed user group etc to the people of Assam and Guwahati.
If BSNL will continue to offer such beneficial services, then it may gain more customers. We hope that you found the article informative. If it is so, then please like and share it. Keep reading, Keep motivating. Stay connected for the latest updates.
