The beautiful Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s had made her debut in acting with the Tamil film Iruvar in 1997 and in the same year, her first movie in Bollywood ‘Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya’ opposite Bobby Deol was released. Aishwarya said, language is not a barrier for her but the project must be ‘exciting.’
While talking to media at the launch of the music of Vikram Phadnis’ Hrudayantar Aishwarya told reporters, “I started my career with a Tamil film. I am an actor and it doesn’t matter in which language the film is made or with whom or by whom. I have carved my own journey.” She further added, “I would love to work in a Marathi language film as in any other language as long as the script excites me. I may not speak Marathi fluently but I understand it.”
During her career as model Aishwarya recollected the memories of her association with fashion designer-turned-director Vikram, Aishwarya said that Vikram had visited at her residence and said: “He had told me regardless of whether we follow the customary ritual of Raksha Bandhan every year or not, I will be there for you always. He wanted to make the film ten years ago and he had narrated it to me and Shiamak Davar but I think there is a time for everything and I am glad that it’s happening now and that his first film is in his mother tongue.”
Vikram, was touched at the music launch of his first movie that too in Marathi his mother tough. He said, “I cannot thank my Hindi film industry enough for all the support and love, right for the mahurat of my film. After my work of 25 years in the fashion industry, I owe them (a lot) and a lifetime is not enough for it.” The Marathi film which going release on 7 July 2017. The film also features Subodh Bhave and Sonali Khare.
The trailer of Marathi movie was launched by superhit movie ‘Kaho Na Pyar Hai’ Hrithik Roshan previous month.
