As we are aware of the fact that Allu Arvind the producer of Magadheera filed a legal notice against filmmaker of Raabta just before its release by calling it plagiarism. On Thursday morning filmmaker sent a message which says, “RAABTA wins !! Magadheera withdraws.” An official from SS Rajamouli’s Magadheera also confirmed that they have taken back the case and have accepted to a settlement.

This was t an e unusual case, director of the Telegu movie Magadheera filed a case at the last moment when it was about to release saying it as a copy of Magadheera. The makers of the movie didn’t say anything as it was a legal matter.  After the investigation, the truth came out and this case was strange which is being fought. It was disclosed later that it was a huge and planned game.

As per the sources, “The Raabta makers received a legal notice from the producer (Allu Arvind) of Magadheera citing plagiarism. They requested him to watch their rough-cut, but he didn’t want that… Obviously, a bigger game, which unraveled later, was being played.” The level of stress was reaching to the peak and Allu Arvid was not ready to entertain the team of Raabta, not a single way left.

A source close to the filmmaker of Raabta said, “They were willing to show him (Allu Arvind) Raabta so he could compare it with Magadheera to ascertain it’s not a copy, but he wasn’t interested. Then they offered to put the compensation being asked for into escrow with the esteemed court and if the court decided it was a copy, he could take the amount demanded. He wasn’t even interested in entertaining this.”

Now, the question raised what was the trick to stop the release of Raabta? one of the sources answered, “The only thing I can think of is that he had sold the rights of Magadheera to be made in Hindi and is concerned that since Raabta is also about reincarnation and unrequited love, after its release, no one will want to do a similar genre soon,” the source further added, “Maybe I’m wrong but since the aim was to stop the release rather that fight the case correctly, this is the only reason that makes sense.”
