When Sonu was asked that who will play the character of P V Sindhu on screen, Sonu didn’t really speak about clearly and when he asked about that if he will be the part of the movie or not he said: “I’ve just begun talks, so it’s still too early to divulge that. We’ll see that after zero down on the final script and if the director feels I suit a role.”

When P V Sindhu was asked about her biopic, she said “I’m honoured and pleased to know that Sonu has decided to make a biopic on my life. I’m very impressed with the through research that his team has done for the last eight months. Sonu and his team have written such a script, which I’m sure will inspire millions of Indians and our youth to dare to dream and achieve glory for their country, in spite of all the hardship and hurdles that we have faced in our journeys.”

Sonu Sood said that the story would be really interesting and people would connect to it. Sonu added that “Sometimes in a story, there is a climax, a pre-climax and a story behind it. Sometimes you just focus on a climax and then build a story. But for me, it’s not the climax but the story, the journey which inspired me to make this film. And we are taking notes of people who all thought that biopic on 21 or 22-year-old is not the right time. I think it’s more challenging for us to prove them wrong, that the film will be something that will inspire people.”

Sonu Sood is really excited for this biopic and will be soon seen in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor.
